| WATER USAGE FEES FOR 2011-2012 As members of our water co-op, we are all obliged to pay an annual fee to support the administration, operations and maintenance of our Water Treatment Plant and distribution systems. The fees presented in the INVOICE were approved by the general membership at the April 2011 AGM. As in the past, for your convenience and planning, we are able to present the members with three payment options: For developed properties | Payment | Method | Deadline | | $1250.00 | One-time payment. Cheque to be received no later than 15 July 2011 | 15 July 2011 | | $1375.00 | 10 x $137.50 post-dated cheques dated 1st of each month beginning June 1st 2011 through to March 1st 2012 | All cheques received no later than 15 July 2010 | | $1650.00 | 12 x $137.50 monthly cheques received no later than the 1st of each month | Each cheque received no later than the 1st of each month beginning June 1st 11 | The above payments will cover the water fees for from June 2011 through to May 31, 2012 For undeveloped properties $300 one-time payment OR 10 x $35.00 post-dated cheques OR 12 x $35.00 monthly cheques. The deadlines are all as indicated below.
